Lost backups so need to complete new install.
All was fine going into new computer.
After install I can log in but computer can’t find new core and phone app can’t find core.
Hi sounds like a Windows fire wall issue, can you as a test switch the firewall off.
If all is then ok, you can look checking the FW configuration, see below …
