Thanks for reaching out to us for help with this issue. We will need some more details from you in order to assist with troubleshooting. In your response you said “I’m having trouble connecting to Roon” and “I’m having trouble adding music to my library”. Can you tell us what exactly is giving you trouble?
We were able to activate diagnostics from your ROCK server. So at least we know that that part of networking is working.
