@xjiak, the error message you posted shows two LAN IP addresses:

These are on two separate subnets, one using 192.168.100.nnn and one using 192.168.0.nnn. Do you have two routers in your network? This would be a typical reason you have two subnets.

Thank you for your post. Based on the error snippet and account diagnostics visible to support, your local network topology might be slightly too complicated for the UPnP port forwarding stack to auto-configure.

I recommend installing Tailscale alongside Roon and ARC instead. It’s a much simpler solution that won’t be subject to the whims of your ISP’s implementation or your router firmware.
