Network connectivity issues with UPnP and NAT-PMP (ref#8RKWFJ)

Hi @karlhorlanda,

If port forwarding is blocked when using a single router, then your service provider has most likely implemented carrier-grace Network Address Translation (CG-NAT) upstream of your account. This will prevent any port forwarding from working.

The common solution in these cases is to rely on Tailscale, instead - it will securely and reliably bypass CG-NAT by creating a direct mesh connection between your phone and RoonServer.
