Description of Issue
My control machine finds my ROCK (in an Intel NUC - see above screen shot), but when I try to sign in I get the above error message (see below)
I am clearly connected to the Internet using an Arris Cable Modem with my ROCK hard-wired to the modem. All worked fine yesterday. I get the same message when I attempt to connect using my Android 'phone as the controller.
I reinstalled the ROCK software, and this fixed the problem.
I too am experiencing this. My Nucleus+ previous to a software up date connected without problems. Now it doesn’t, giving me the network problem notice.
