Network problem

I have problem network with my Roon (1.3, build 259), since i have this version, regulary, Roon indicates me that i have a hardware problem who influence the network throughput. this results in cuts during each playing. AFter this, Roon plays another files.

I have my Roon on a Microsoft Surfacez Pro 3 with Windows 10, 8 Go RAM.



Just an FYI but to flag support staff you could add @support to your post.

I also think the other thing they will need is a network map listing the devices on your network and how they are connected.

Moving forward, as @bearFNF has pointed out (:thumbsup: ), in order for us to try and offer advice about your network configuration we will need the following:

  • A brief but accurate description of your current setup as seen here

  • Please describe your network configuration/topology being sure to provide insight into any networking hardware you’re implementing.

  • When you notice this issue occurring, is it with locally stored content? TIDAL content? Both?
