Thanks for reaching out. It looks like Roon wasn’t able to locate a UPnP or NAT autoconfiguration, so you’ll need to enable UPnP in your router, or set up a manual port forwarding rule. You can fild the port forwarding guide for your router below:

Thank you. I have upnp set and also configured my router manually. I’ve lodged a case with my Internet provider as I think I will need a public ip address set up :slight_smile:

That would be a good thing to try out on this case.

Let us know, please, whether setting a static public IP helps in your situation.

In case it’s not useful, you can always set upan ARC connection via Tailscale VPN :

Hi my internet provider has reset my connection and I can now access my Roon server from the RoonArc app :slight_smile:
