Astute observers may have noticed a new icon, in the form of a ticked check box, appearing for the original poster (OP) under replies in Support threads. The OP (or Admins/Mods) can mark any reply as a “Solution” which will trigger the following:
- The post is marked with a ticked check box as having a Solution in the topic display;
- The accepted answer is linked from the first post;
- The thread will close automatically 48 hours after the last post.

We hope this addon will empower users to indicate when Support issues are resolved for them and enable people searching Support to more easily see good solutions.
