New album Bonnie Raitt :Tracks not (yet) available after succesfull synchronization

After ‘hearting’ in Qobuz the new Bonnie Raitt album “Just Like That” , it syncs (almost) immediatly with Roon.

However, only the first 3 tracks are available to play.

In Qobuz, all tracks are available to play (both App and Browser).

I tried another ‘new’ Roon server on my Windows PC, with the same results.

Hi @Dirk_De_Taey. There is an issue and we’re working with Qobuz to figure it out.

Bonnie Raitt’s new album has now been added completely to My Library, bit in a very cumbersome /unwieldy way.

In fact, although already making part of My Library (with non-available tracks), the album showed up in New Releases for You in my Home screen.

So I went to Albums to remove the ‘incomplete’ album. However, I could not remove it - error message: No Items Selected.

Over to Qobuz to unheart the album - synchronize Qobuz , and voilà, album removed

Cleaned up My Library via Settings

Went back to New Releases for You in Home Screen, and selected Bonnie Raitt’s album.
Clicked Add To Library, and there you go:
