New CDs will not download.

Not sure what that means. Does that mean you can’t rip a CD or does that mean you can’t copy a ripped CD to your watched folder?

Ok I see you posted twice. Did you shut everything down and restart? Sometimes restarting the Roon Server helps. May also help to get you a more secure connection to Roon’s servers.

Not enough info but, if you have copied the R.I.P. to your watched folder you need to go into Roon settings, select storage and then click force rescan to make it appear immediately.
