I have SMB sharing turned on like I did with my old Windows 11 PC, so I don’t understand why it doesn’t show up on the new one. (I use the network to transfer new files to the external HD.) Help!
Is your new PC’s network connection set to Private Network in Windows Settings? It needs to be on Private to be discoverable on your home network.

It disappeared again after an overnight security update, then it finally came back. It continually disappears unless I refresh the Network window. Not a happy camper.
