Description of Issue

I have had a new hard drive put in and the Roon application has gone missing. I have tried to download a new one but the program thinks I am now doubling up on my Roon subscription.

What is the message that you are getting? Does it not let you install? or is it telling you that you are already logged in? Can you show a screen shot of what you are seeing?

Hi @Dave_McFall ,

Are you seeing an “Unauthorized” screen? You can safely switch between Roon Cores as often as you want, but you can only have one active Roon Core at a time. If you are still stuck, please share a screenshot of the current error your are seeing in Roon.
