New motherboard for ROCK -> new Roon CORE, bu find no backups

Hi, i made a new Roon Core.
Before i made a backup on my remote windows pc in a local partition.
Installation was no problem because i used an older chipset ( Z390 ) BECAUSE of the LEGACY function !!!
The new chisets do not more support legacy…
Because of this Roon is the exxote.
But this is another BIG problem - for Roon.
Because a lot of user want new boards and better Hardware…

BUT MY PROBLEM is now:

I ca not see my folder structure of my office PC where the Backup - i have made before - should be.

This is realy terrible…

I have a new ROON CORE, BUT I CAN NOT FIND A BACKUP !!!

WHY???, Please help me

You need to create network share of the folder on your pc so it is visible to the rock device.

Hi Mike,
thank you very much for infos

I had known it before and forgot it again …
Everything went great, very kind of you.

Have fun with Roon and the music.

I was just annoyed that I had to send back a newer board from Asus after I had everything in an HDPLEX housing, ONLY because CMD was grayed out and you could no longer start from a USB stick in legacy mode …
Roon has to do something - other players like Euphony can now do both - legacy and UEFI!

Nevertheless, I wanted to stay with Ronn because I didn’t want to get used to a new player system again …

Regards
