It may very well be a network issue so it will be helpful if you provide the complete information that the posting template asked for. Otherwise everyone can just guess

Did you set the Nucleus to use a fixed IP from its web interface on the old network? If so this is likely a possible cause. You will need to reset the Nucleis network interface. You will need a keyboard and connect it to a monitor or Tv to achieve this.
