New Nucleus has no audio output

Audio Devices
Krell Foundation 4K processor.

Description Of Issue
I just got a Nucleus. It took two days to get it up and running. It’s been fine for the past few days until I installed a new higher quality HDMI cable today and now it is not outputting audio, according to my pre-amp.

Where do I begin to attempt to get this thing back up and running?

Change back to the old cable and check if you have sound again.
Then take it from there.

Now both HDMI cables are working. I haven’t touched any settings so I don’t know why it was out and why it is now back. But thank you for your help…Marc
