When setting up… I restored the backup from my previous Core (Mac Mini, Roon 1.8 Legacy)…it only brought about half of my playlists forward. The rest are MIA.
Even if I restore from a yet earlier backup…it brings only those same specific 'Lists forward.
Any ideas on how to retrieve the missing playlists? I don’t care if I need to manually rebuild them, that’s fine…at least let me find a listing of their contents. Some had upwards of a hundred tracks, I can’t do it from wrote memory.
Either way…half to 2/3 of my lists are now in the wind and I’ve no idea as to how to retrieve them.
I have seen a few people have some issue with this.
Couple of questions:
Did you update the nucleus? Update it before trying to migrate to it.
Also, did you follow the migration guide?
Can you fire up the old core and export the playlists to excel? This would be the last thing I would try after the above. Or if you want to have backup lists for your playlists.
