Can’t believe this… In trying to fit the SDD to my new Nucleus One, my fingers slipped, and the SATA cable sheared off the SDD bracket in my hands. Can anyone tell me the exact cable type I need to replace it - it looks relatively easy to re-fix a new one to the motherboard.

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about your SATA cable! Best step here would be to start an RMA with our RMA department, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues. To do so, open the Typeform link below and select ‘Other’ followed by 'This issue is related to a physical component".
