New Nucleus Set-up- Stuck on "searching for update"

Sorry to hear about the initial frustrations getting the Nucleus up and running here. According to our diagnostics servers, it looks like your Nucleus is up-to-date now, though I would be interested to see what went wrong. I’ve forwarded a log package from your Nucleus to QA for closer inspection. Thanks again to everyone for the helpful suggestions for Craig!
