New Nucleus Setup and %localappdata% File

Set up my Nucleus and now need to move my data file from my windows machine. The manual says you can locate it by searching for " %localappdata% " in the explorer to delete or rename before moving however when I do so no files are shown. Only when I type " %appdata% " does any files relating to Room appear. Why is it so important to rename or delete as the Roon on my Windows machine will be a remote and look for the files on my new core on the Nucleus. Can I not just uninstall Roon then download Remote for Roon and start anew or am I getting confused? ( Which is not hard to do for me! ). The latest backup is on a memory stick connected to the Nucleus ready to load but I want to get it right before I start to copy my music files over to the internal ssd drive.

Where are you seeing this?

I suspect the instructions you want are here.

Hi mike, I was looking at this section in the manual " Database Location " . Not sure how I got directed to that section and as I said may be getting a little confused. Are you saying it is OK to proceed and finalise the installation on the new core without any hiccups?.

Just a heads up. Have now managed to successfully move all my files to the Necleus and so far so good.:joy:
