just powered up nucleus with usb with back up previous core on usb and music usb connected
Now been downloading update for some 3 hours and seems stuck
What should I do - wait, reboot and how do I do this. Do I need to remove one or both the usb connections

Just so I know the ethernet light at the back of the nucleus is solid yellow - does this mean data not being transferred

A yellow light typically indicates slow speeds through the port.
Can you describe your network setup? What is the router in use? What are your download speeds? Are there any other networking devices (switches, WAPs, etc.) in use?
If you try using a different Ethernet cable is there any change?
