I bought a new phone and after downloading roon app, the device is showing red ikon and text “connecting”. nothing really happens, i cant connect with my new phone with the device although the old phone worked perfectly fine.

I have huawei router model h122-373, the roon device is connected by ethernet cable.
Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out. On the affeceted device can you please navigate to iOS settings → Apps → Roon, and make sure that “Local Network Access” is turned on?
Are you still having issues after ensuring local network connections are enabled in iOS?
We’ll need a little more information to expedite troubleshooting from here.
There are multiple iOS instances associated with your account according to our diagnostics servers. Can you please clarify the model of iPhone with which you’re having trouble?
The Roon instance installed on all these phones is slightly outdated - I recommend deleting and reinstalling the app to install the last Roon update for iOS automatically.
Please also verify that your Roon devices are connected to a single subnet/VLAN.
