New Problem with Tidal Sign-In

When I sign into Roon I now get a message that I am no longer connected to my Tidal account. When I try to re-add Tidal as a music service, I receive a prompt that says “Bad user name or password.” The user name and password information I am entering is correct and works when I use Tidal independently from Roon. Grateful for help/suggestions.

A re boot of the Roon Core is always a good first step

Often times a reboot of the Core machine will resolve this type of issue. Can you give this a try and let us know if there is any change?
