Thanks for writing in and sharing your report, and welcome to the community as well! Sorry to hear it’s an issue that prompted your first post.
When you attempt to power the Nuclues on, do you see any lights turn on within the device? How is your Nucleus connected to your system and network?
If you can, plug in a monitor via HDMI to the Nucleus and attempt to power it on again - let me know if anything comes up on the screen.
If nothing does, the best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues. To do so, open the Typeform link below and select ‘Other’ followed by 'This issue is related to a physical component".

Thank you for the response.
No lights will come on at all when attempting to power on.
I also tried to connect the HDMI cable and power cycle but not successful.
