New roon server, getting login loop

ok, setting up a new server and running into a login loop…

Mirror/sync one's roon setup in two locations? Is it possible?

Let’s say home and cabin (or whatever). Currently I just have roon at home, and at the “cabin” I use a streamer that can accommodate roon ARC to play my library. But I was contemplating the idea of being able to use roon in both locations and for it to be exactly the same in both places. Let’s say “HOME” is the main system, where I’d rip my cd’s and whatnot. I have both a local library and use Tidal/Qobuz. Fast internet at both. I know I need to purchase a second subscription and hardware a…

so I have a mac mini that I’m gonna run the new instance on. I am at my home location, and I’ve copied all my music files and db backup to the new machine. Everything seems pretty basic, but when i go to log in, it just hangs.

New Server (I deauthorized the old one)

asks me to log in

then it just hangs forever at account.roon.app

thoughts?

well, it must have been some transient thing late last night because I tried this morning and it worked just fine.

So, we can delete this thread, I reckon.
