Hello @David_Stickle ,

Welcome to the forum! Can you please confirm what is not working correctly, is the unit not seen at all on your Roon Server, or do you get a specific error when trying to play to it? Are you trying to play to it over the network? Is the M3 on the same subnet as the Roon Server?

Hi @David_Stickle,

Our diagnostic account servers show activity since you last posted but we havn’t seen a response here. Our servers indicate that a Nucleus One is hosting your RoonServer and that the device recently paired with a Bricasti endpoint matching your topic description here.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that your problem is resolved, so we’re hesitant to mark this thread resolved. We’re reaching out to ensure you’ve received the support you need to get this endpoint working. Please let us know if we can assist further.

The more information you can provide about the network topology serving the Nucleus and Bricasti, the better equipped we’ll be to assist. Otherwise, you can simply allow this thread to auto-close after several more days of inactivity. Thank you and we’ll watch for a response!

This thread is now closing due to inactivity. @David_Stickle, our account diagnostics seem to show the Bricasti still has a Roon Ready connection to the Nucleus as of this writing. We’ll go ahead and disable diagnostics and mark this thread resolved. If you require additional troubleshooting, you can reactivate the conversation by submitting a new support request.

Thank you!
