New set up NUC update not moving past " checking for an update"

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Intel NUC8I3BEH3 ROCK 1.6 build 416

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Fritzbox ( no software packet acceleration to turn off)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

USB Chord Qutest DAC

Description Of Issue
Brand new first time build of NUC ( all went to plan using ROON instructions) tried loading up app on I-phone 11 and ipad. Initial screen on iphone states " Software Update Needed" then below it says " Remote Core ( Roon Optimized Core Kit- 1.6 (build 416) stable ) Checking for an update - with the revolving wheel seems to be stuck at this point.
Underneath it states "This i-phone 1.7 ( build 521) stable with and app store logo stating “check for an update”.

Can you help progressing this. I’ve read most of the forum posts reloaded software and rebooted etc.

I suspect it’s the same problem as here.

However inconvenient, it’s probably a temporary problem at Roon’s end.
