Moving forward, just to verify , using the “force rescan” function in Roon has basically been “hit or miss”, correct? Sometimes it yields a positive result, and other times, not. Some more information on “real time file watching” (Mac + NAS) can be found here.
Furthermore, have you by chance tested the above theory? I am curious as to what type of result(s) that test yielded.
