I'm new to roon,also new to my wiim ultra. I have Tidal. I can't log in to roon

Windows 11,wiim ultra,elac adsum speakers

Just to be clear, you are running Roon/RoonServer on your Windows 11 box and you can run the graphical program but you can’t get Roon to see your Wiim ultra?

Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. Can you please tell us what happens when you try to start Roon? Please also share screenshots of any error messages. Once we have that information we should be able to help you.
