Newly installed Roon ROCK. Remote software always crashes when I try to load

I just installed Roon ROCK. Server is running normally in that I can access the ROCK server page using the IP address. On the client side, I’ve been running into the following problems:

  1. The iOS remote apps crashed after I try to connect them to the new server.
  2. When I try to update the software on the ROCK via the client, I get a message that there was an error downloading the update.
  3. Now the Windows remotes also crash on launch as well.

So, basically I have a working ROCK that I can’t connect to, and I couldn’t update the software if I could.

Never mind. I found the problem.

What was the issue?

Needed to re-install the OS.

I was going to suggest web ui → reinstall
