No artwork for Tidal albums on 1 Win 10 64 bit PC [Resolved]

Hi,
I have Roon Windows installed on 2 Win 10 64 bit PC’s and on 1 Win 10 64 bit laptop.
1 Win 10 64 bit PC does not show album art for Tidal albums. I have no issues on the other PC and laptop.
I removed and reinstalled but the problem remains.

Hi, have you tried clearing the image cache? (Settings --> Setup)

I cleared the cache but the problem remains.

Can you try disabling firewalls on all the machines involved?

Settings are identical on all PC’s.
I’m told that no firewall rules are active on the LAN.
WatchGuard XTM 25 is used to secure WAN connections.

Album art shows up in Library -> Albums, but not in when I go to Tidal or when I search for artists/albums.

Hi @seagull ---- Thank you for the follow up and providing the requested information.

I just took a look at the provided screenshots and noticed in the first one “Domain Networks” is currently connected and according to the second screenshot, under “Domain Profile is Active” it appears that the firewall is still enabled. Would you kindly please completely disable the firewall and confirm if the reported behavior is still occurring, as this will be a very good data point for us.

The problem has been resolved and was related to Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows.
Allthough the service runs with the same profile on several computers the problem occured on one desktop only.
Thanks for your help.
