Description of Issue

I have a English Electric Ethernet switch that I replaced with a Innuos Phoenix switch and now it says no audio devices found.

I’d recommend reaching out to Innuos on this one, they’ll be a lot more familiar with the intricacies of the Phoenix and have a better idea of where to start troubleshooting. You can contact Innuos support at support@innous.com.
