The troubleshooting was extremely time consuming and almost all irrelevant. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription. This should be easy. It seems overly complex. Does anyone know how to raise a complaint?
Thanks for writing in and sharing your report! Sorry to hear about your issue.
Since you’re running Roon on a Mac with Sequoia, you may be experiencing a glitch that occurred with the recent Mac update.
Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
Thank you!

I’m still a little baffled that it was actually a Mac issue while all I had done was changed my ISP and router. IE it wasn’t anything to do with any settings on the new router, the ISP or the Roon settings or a change in the configuration of my Mac.
Anyway, all good now and support worked too.
I am surprised Samsung still relies on volunteers to run Roon support. You guys should be paid.
