No audio from Chord Hugo TT2

Chord Hugo TT2 - USB

Description Of Issue

Cannot get any audio to play from Roon (either locally stored files or Tidal).
Roon can see my device(Hugo TT2).
Trying to use in both DAC mode and Headphone mode - no audio from either.

Are other endpoints working okay?

If you reboot the Core and Chord is there any change?
