Hello, I'm having trouble getting audio output from my Q Acoustics M20 HD speakers when connected to my Fiio SR11 (ROON Ready) via a USB-C to USB-B cable. I've already tried checking the connections and using a different cable, but the issue persists. Could you please help me troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report, and welcome to the community!

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please test out a hardwire ethernet connection from your Roon Server machine directly to your router - and if possible, set up a hardwire connection to from the Fiio device to your router as well?

I’d also give your router a reboot, and see if your issue persists. If it does, please share the specific name of a track attempted to play, thank you! :+1:

@kenmacionmartin looking at the SR11 Quick Start Guide, have you set the USB C port under the SR11’s Settings menu to USB Out?
