Describe your network setup

Nucleus on LAN, Mac OS, iOS all updated. Endpoints LAN connected

Can you look at your router to see what IP the Nucleus is on? Once you see the IP can you access the WebUI for the Nucleus?

Hi @Dennis_Beuger,
Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. What @bearFNF suggested is a good place to start troubleshooting. I also noticed that you said the Nucleus is connected via Wi-Fi. This really isn’t something we recommend. Can you try using an ethernet connection for your Nucleus? If your Nucleus is too far away from your router for this to be feasible you can also set up a mesh network with a node in the same room as your server and then connecting your server to that node via ethernet.

Hi, good morning,
Sorry for the misunderstanding. the Nucleus has a LAN connection. Only the remotes (MacBook Pro and iPhone) are connected through WiFi.
I did not change anything to the setup which has functioned flawlessly. Only played the recommended Update.

I can acces the WebUI. Everything tells it´s OK
I did the reboot and started the router

Restarted everything after 30 sec power disconnection, I also tried to login again by filling out everything new, but then the screen is black with white logo again. Like the picture.
