No connection from iPad remote

Hallo,

mein iMac hat die Version Big Sur, mein iPad die Version 14.3.
Ich bekomme keine Verbindung vom iPad zu Roon.
Bis vor einigen Tagen hat es problemlos funktioniert.
Plötzlich die Meldung no connection.
Daraufhin habe ich die ROON App gelöscht, Roon gestartet
und die ROON App neu installiert.
Das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Hello,

My iMac is the Big Sur version and my iPad is version 14.3.
I can’t get a connection from the iPad to ROON.
It worked fine until a few days ago.
Suddenly the message: no connection.
Then I deleted the ROON app and started ROON
and reinstalled the ROON app.
The problem is still there.

Please help

Hey,

Ich hatte total ab installiert.
Nachdem ich total ab und VPN gelöscht hatte funktioniert Roon wieder
Mit Fernbedienung.

Having same issue.

I haven’t this issue on my IPad but on my android phone.

My solution was to let the remote App cycle until it can’t find any RoonCore and then a little option appear to specify manually the ip address of the Core and it work!
