The Nucleus HDMI output can provide very useful diagnostic information. This process will involve connecting the Nucleus via HDMI to a TV or monitor and then checking to see what is being displayed.

· Yes, I am willing to try the HDMI test

When you plug in the HDMI cable to the TV or Monitor, is there something being displayed on the screen?

· true

On the Nucleus HDMI output, what do you see?

· "Roon OS Web UI can be directly accessed at [https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/](https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/)" and the address is NOT http://169.254.XX.YY/

In the Roon app, please try to click on the "Select a different Roon Server" button. Are you able to reconnect to Nucleus from the list?

Describe the issue

• Nucleus Rev B (Originalgerät)
• OS Build 259
• Core Version 2.60 (build 1629)
• Port 9330 open
• _roon._tcp not advertised
• Discovery not working
• Reset database performed
• Reinstall performed
• Port 9100 refused
• Port 9330 open
• Bonjour shows no _roon._tcp

No connection to Nucleus from Roon App (on Mac OS), no button "Select a different Roon Server" is shown.
"Find my Roon Server" ends up in a page with not return.
"Configure Roon OS Devices" shows the Nucleus and his IP. I can enter the Web UI.

If I restart Roon Server Software in Web UI, the Nucleus is found in Roon App, but no connection ("Connect..." with red button)

But no connect is possible from Roon App.

AddOn: it is a used Nucleus I bought. First thing I did was updating all parts, resetting the database, changing the SSD to a new 2TB SSD and formatted it successfully. All with Web UI,

Maybe it’s the same problem with Sequoia network obfuscation?

It was the same issue with Mac OS Sequoia. You have to enable the roon app in system settings - privacy & security - local network.

Otherwise the roon app cannot disvover or connect to the nucleus.
