Description of Issue

Hi, since 2 days my other computers won’t find the Roon core. Tried all the workarounds so far … no connection possible.

Who can help?
Paul

Did you use 13.1 before and did it work with that? 13.2 tightened up security in several places, so wondering if it has to do with that.

(I’m still on 13.1 and the core is not on a Mac, so I can’t say)

My 2020 M1 MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.2 connects without issues to my Roon Core which resides on a 2017 MacBook Air running Monterey 12.6.3.

So it would seem that connecting to a core isn’t a problem. Well at least here.

I guess it’s possible that running the remote on 13.2 works but running the core on 13.2 can be affected. Dunno

Can’t test it out as Monterey is the last macOS version that Apple supports on my Air, and I have no intention to go the OpenCore Legacy Patcher route.

Hi @paul_maria_scherer ,

Welcome to the forum and apologies for the slow response here. I just checked your account diagnostics and it looks like your Roon Core is online at the moment. Are you still having any issues here? If so, can you please let us know? Thanks!
