I had that with tidal. In the end I had to go to my computer with Roon core on it and log into tidal from Roon and instead of pressing ‘return to Roon’ after logging in tidal I clicked off the tidal page and it then was logged in in Roon when I went back. Odd.
Try a full reboot of the Roon Core machine too.
I had already tried that along with a sharp tap with a mallet….
This is what I do also, when needed. I just minimize the Tidal page login. Later, I close it.
I had 2 out of 4 ethernet cards with wrong IP address, fixed with static IP and rebooted. After the reboot there was an update and the connections to Tidal and Qobuz were successful. Thanks 1000
