Edit: my apologies Dean, it looks like there may have been some missing files included in your upload. Could you please create a fresh backup of your current database, experiencing the issue, and then:

  1. Zip up your RoonBackups folder (right-click it and select “Compress…”):
  2. Submit the .zip file to us through our Database upload portal

This should get us everything we need. Thank you! :raised_hands:

It’s been almost two weeks - might there be any news regarding a resolution to this annoying bug? As I’ve said, this is not the end of the world, just frustrating.

Hi @Dean_Clough,

After restoring your backup, our QA team noticed that you have “Dead & Company” merged in your library. This is the reason why the Discography and Overview tabs appear incomplete or nearly empty.To fix this:

Go to Settings → Library → Un-merge artists*

Once unmerged, Roon will treat each artist entry separately and fetch the correct metadata, restoring full content on the artist’s page.
