I am on a free trial and listen to music on this Mac only. The first few days, everything worked fine. However, today there’s no audio device found except Airplay. I try restarting my mac or reinstalling, but there’s no other device like a headphone jack, system output, and USB DAC.
I apologize for the delay. I’d like to first say that if you’ll give fixing this a chance, we’ll happily ensure you get a full trial.
First off, if you open system settings>sound>output, what do you see there?
There are some known bugs with system output in MacOS and I’ve had to use a few of these tricks in the article here.
Please let me know. My accounts team has already restarted your trial for you. I will happily follow up with you on this and can even cancel it for you if you don’t wish to continue.
