I am unable to get my ROCK to see the external USB drive. I am using a nuc7i7DNB with the latest bios 0068, configured as per Roon website. The external drive is showing in the bios of the NUC, but not in the folder browser when I try to add it. I have tried two cables, and three different SATA drives in two different enclosures - both powered. I can get one drive to appear briefly, then it keeps disappearing!
I’ve moved to support as more people will see it there.

Answered my own question. NTFS won’t work had to format ExFAT.
