Description Of Issue
About once a week, mostly Friday or Saturday, no Images are displayed on the client (Mac, iPad, iPhone). About a day later, all works again fine. This is happening since December.
To delete Image cache "Bild-Cache leeren) did not help.
Apologies for the delay, @Klaus_Kuras! Our team’s queue is longer than typical at the moment, but we’re working to get back to everyone as quickly as we can.
When Roon is in this state if you reboot the Core machine and/or the remote devices experiencing this is there any change in what you’re seeing?
I rebooted the Win10 Core - but I did not see covers. Actually I see very few which seem to be in some cache. See here:
Info: On the core machine, I see all covers.
I wanted to quickly step in and thank you for the additional information in your post. You should hear back from Dylan on this thread.
Sorry about the delay caused by the weekend (support is open Monday-Friday)
