When I activate Norton 360 Safe Web on my iOS devices, Roon won’t show any images anymore.
Since it is a Norton problem, I wanted to contact them but they will need extra information.
I suppose Roon gets the images from a website that is not trusted by Norton. Who can tell me how and where Roon iOS is getting the album covers?
If we talk Roon and not Roon ARC then I guess it’s supposed to get them form your Roon Server, a definitive answer can only be given from Roon Labs though.
I would also expect that a product like Norton can show a list of blocked sites/services/connections to make it easier for customers to make informed decisions/configure the product.
I was looking for that too. But searching again after your response, I have added my local network to the safe networks in the Norton VPN and that did the trick. I’m used to have my VPN always on since switching on autromatically doen not work al the time, hopefully Norton will
