No log in Qobuz via Roon

Hello everyone. I can’t log in to Qobuz via Roon. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing. it won’t let me log in. Thank you Piero

Is there an error message in Roon? Possibly the same one as here?

Endlessly asked to upgrade Qobuz account, but wind up in endless loop

I’ve subscribed to Qobuz for ages, but lately it keeps asking me to upgrade my Qobuz account Settings [image] Then I go to Settings/Services and get this window which asks me to edit, and then I get the overlay you see below: [34AC1057-A988-41A4-8277-BFF5D3297A51] I click on Learn More and get the same window. I click on Retry and get the same window. I don’t know what else to do.

It tells me that username and password are incorrect. But outside of Roon I can easily enter Qobuz.

Are you using your Qobuz username or the email address you used for the account? A while ago Qobuz started requiring the email address when logging in through a third party like Roon, but the user name still seems to work on Qobuz. Meaning, try the email address if you haven’t

I am having the same exact issue, and I use my email address as the user name and still it will not log in to Roon. Any other ideas?

Disable all sorts of firewall in router and the OS the Roon Core runs on.

Reboot Roon.

Login again.

Problem solved, thank for the suggestions. I finally had to power down my DSL modem and the 2 switches before my Roon core and it came back up.
