No longer seeing mutli formats of tracks

For some reason, I can no longer see two multiple formats of a track. For instance, if I have a Hi-Res version on my hard drive and then add the same song to Tidal it won’t show up anymore in Roon. Whichever version is added first is the only one I can see and the new tracks will say it’s a duplicate. I can however add it to a playlist and see it there. How can I fix this?

One thing I see is that the Hi-Res Version is Unidentified. Try and Identify it and see if that helps.

I’m not able to see the file formats in Tidal anymore either.
I can see there are multiple albums on Tidal but I can no longer see if it’s MQA or not.

is there an easy way to fix this without having to manually edit meta-data? It was working a couple days ago.

Thanks,
Richard
