No music playback from streaming services (ref#VLFP02)

Welcome to the Roon community. Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I noticed in your post you say that you are connected with Wi-Fi. Try connecting your Roon server to your router with an ethernet cord.
If that doesn’t help then we will need more information to continue the investigation. Can you please reproduce the playback failure and let us know that date and time that it happens? That will help us find the playback failure in your logs.
