In order for us to try and properly diagnose this issue you are experiencing, we will require the following information:

  • A brief but accurate description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

  • Please verify what device the Microrendu is currently feeding into.

  • Since noticing this behavior have you tried not only rebooting your Roon core and endpoints but also any relevant networking hardware as well?

  • Based on your post it sounds like this issue is only occurring with your locally stored music collection while TIDAL content is not having any issues, is this correct?
