Same issue for me too

Hello @Daz_Davies and @Dannythered

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

The issue that you are facing has already been reported to the R&D team, and we are working on the fix.

There aren’t any additional details needed at this time, so we will go ahead and close the thread for the time being, and if any other questions arise after the developers have reviewed the case, we will re-open the thread and reach out once more.

Thanks again for your report, and thank you in advance for your patience as the ticket progresses through the development queue for review.

As of August 15, Roon is no longer updating new releases. After following the procedures below, unfortunately no success. Any additional ideas?

Clear cache/data* on your TIDAL app and Roon before attempting to log in again.

Log out from all devices* by visiting account.tidal.com, then select *Sign out of all devices.

Re-link TIDAL in Roon* by going to Settings > Services > TIDAL and logging in with your updated password.

  • Make sure both the TIDAL app and Roon are updated to their latest versions.

Not sure if you were able to resolve Tidal new release updates in Roon? I am having the same issue as of August 15. Below is a reply from Tidal.

Thank you for getting back to us and for confirming that you’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps. We understand how important it is for you to keep Roon and TIDAL in sync, especially with the latest releases.

At this point, since the issue persists and Roon is still showing updates only up to August 15th, we recommend reaching out directly to Roon Support as well. The syncing of new releases is handled through their integration with TIDAL, and they will be able to check if there’s an issue on their side affecting the connection.

In the meantime, you can still access all the latest releases directly in the TIDAL app or web player while this sync issue is being resolved.

Thank you,
Ashley

Haven’t seen new releases from Tidal in Roon since August 15. I thought it was a Roon problem. Turns out the same issue persists with Tidal in BluOS. Evidently, it’s a Tidal problem. :man_shrugging:t2:

Indeed. The same albums show up in BluOS, StreamMagic and WiiM Home.

Hi, since last august 15, 2025, I cannot see anymore an update of the Tidal Apps, for instance the new albums are not available… even if I have downloaded the last version 2.56 (build 1576) on my cell phone. the Roon Server version is 2.56 (build 1582) on my Exxceed. Thank you for your kind support and prompt response… Christophe

Is this ever going to be fixed? My Tidal new albums page has been stuck to Aug 15 2025 content since Aug 15 2025. Holds true across all of my devices. Have restarted everything many times to no avail. When oh when will this be fixed? I’d really like to keep using Roon but may jump ship at next subscription update.

It’s a known issue and the issue lies with Tidal - I’ve moved your post from another Tidal issue thread (which has been resolved) to the correct, and official, thread.
