No New Releases since August 15

I’m seeing releases for today, and have seen new releases regularly these past weeks.

If you still have an issue, try these things.

  • Restart Roon server
  • Log out of TIDAL, and login again

If these steps don’t work, open a Support ticket as follows (Roon doesn’t monitor this category.)

Respond to the prompts there to ensure that you’ve performed basic troubleshooting and to ensure Technical Support has the full details necessary to expedite Technical Support’s investigation into the case.

There are lots of support tickets already in for this.Hope they fix it soon

There are posts and some Support tickets.

Of which, many relate to an issue that TIDAL fixed. There is another issue Roon is aware of, and tracked in this thread.

However, if anyone has an issue, open a Support ticket (as described earlier in this thread.)

Roon does not monitor this thread or any other in Roon Software Discussion.

:+1: Several of these have been closed as duplicates.

As far as I can tell this is considered the official tracking thread and the most recent update:

This does not help to solve the problem, as they do not fix errors in the Tidal API.

I’m just checking on updates to this issue please.
I have been in touch with Tidal and they say
the issue seems to be connected to something outside of TIDAL.
It’s has been a very long time now (Aug 15th) and New Albums is one of my favourite’s go to every Friday.

They’re cheating. In addition to the Roon, my albums are also not updated in :
Denon Heos app, WiiM app, Lumin app. This is a big bug on the Tidal side, which they fixed in their application, but not in the API of the partners.
